We chose leather for our corporate welcome kits for one reason: it is the only common gift material that measurably improves with use. Every bag, wallet, and tote is hand-stitched from 100% full-grain buffalo leather, vegetable-tanned in India, with brass or gunmetal hardware. It develops a patina over 60 to 90 days of daily carry and keeps aging for the next decade.

2. Individual Monogramming on Every Unit
Most vendors will emboss your company logo on a bag. Very few will emboss each individual employee's initials on their bag, at bulk pricing, on a three-to-four week timeline. We do.
You send us a roster, usually a Google Sheet with 40 to 200 rows of full name, initials, preferred colour, and delivery address. Our artisans stamp each piece individually before it is stitched into the final product.
That is the difference between merch and a gift, and it is the piece most standard corporate vendors either cannot or will not do at bulk pricing. LinkedIn onboarding posts featuring monogrammed leather bags noticeably outperform the same post featuring a branded t-shirt.
For teams under 200 people, monogramming is included. Above 200, a dedicated account manager handles the roster, the QC, and the split-address dispatch.
3. Bulk Efficiency Without Losing the Artisanal Touch
A 50-wallet, one-colour, one-logo order is straightforward for most vendors. A 120-kit order split across three tiers, three colours, and five cities, with everyone's initials, usually is not.
